Fresh Starts and New Beginnings

Well I hope this blog finds you all doing well. This blogging thing is a whole new thing for me, but I hope it will be a tool, in which, I can reach out and connect with you more frequently. This is a new beginning for me because I am not real good on this whole computer thing, but I am thankful for fresh starts and new beginnings. So I look forward to the journey that awaits us as we share our thoughts, questions, hopes, and dreams. I have titled my page The-Zone so we can get in the Zone and focus on Jesus!!! And as we grow in Him we become more zealous about our faith (Romans 12:11 NIV).

Are you looking for a fresh start and a new beginning in your life, you too can have that if you give your lives to Jesus! In Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus says, Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Do you want to find rest for your souls, do you want a peace that passeth all understanding. Jesus can and will give you that, if you turn to Him and repent of the sin in your life. 1 John 1:9 says, If you confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. In John 14:6 Jesus says, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

So do you want that Fresh Start and New Beginning in your life. Then do as Romans 10:9, 10, & 13 say, That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are save. For, everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

So call upon Jesus, confess your sins to Him, and you will become a new creation! 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

Until next time may the Lord bless you all!!! Have a good week!!!

Eric
